Do you accept returns?

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase but, if you aren’t completely satisfied and wish to return an item please contact Animula Stores via email. The returns policy is strictly 14 days from receipt of the item. I must have received a ‘return request’ by email within the 14 days. The item must be unused, in perfect condition still within its original packaging otherwise I cannot exchange/refund your item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for fresh flowers. But if you are unsatisfied with your flowers please contact me at roisin@animulastores.com and I’ll be more than happy to discuss them with you.

How to make a return:

  1. Contact us by email to make a ‘return request’

  2. I will acknowledge your return request and email simple return instructions for you to follow and the return address. Please do not send anything back to us prior to receiving the returns email from Animula Stores.

  3. Please package your item appropriately when returning the item. We are unable to refund items that arrive damaged in transit that aren't packaged adequately.

  4. Send the returned item to the address which we will give you within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. We recommend you send your product by recorded (tracked) delivery, and retain proof of postage just in case anything goes missing. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We are unable to refund your postage costs.

  5. Once we have received your item we will contact you to let you know your return has been processed. Following this please allow 3-8 days for funds to appear in your account.

Can exchange the item?

Yes, if the item is available. Please be aware this might not always be possible. Simply follow our returns steps and make an exchange request before returning the item.

damaged, what should I do?

We carefully package items for shipping to avoid any damages in transit, but unfortunately if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ask for photo evidence, so please attach these images in the email. We will advise you on what steps to take next. Please retain the item and its packaging. If the outer packing is damaged please keep this until we have advised on the next steps.

Please report any damages to us within 48 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time. 

Product images and descriptions

We aim to make sure the descriptions of the products and measurements are as accurate as possible. Due to the production processes and handmade nature of some products slight variations can occur in size, colour and finish. Be aware the screen you are viewing on can affect the colour of a product photography.

Fresh Flowers

Our flowers are always the best of the season, and our photos may display flowers that are not available at certain times of the year. We take great care in selecting a beautiful mix of colours, textures and package them beautifully, so we hope you will always be pleased with them on arrival. We ask that you snip the ends of the flowers’ stems on a diagonal and pop them into a clean (very important) vase with fresh, cool water to help prolong their life. Try to keep your flowers away from your fruit bowl. Ideally changing the water every 2 days to prolong their life.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
