Sustainability

Nature is paramount. I take Animula’s role in looking after the plant seriously, that why I am committed in using only biodegradable or fully recyclable packaging. Our signature hedgerow tissue paper is made FSC-certified, recycled paper and printed with soy-based inks and as such is home compostable after use. Our beautiful custom stickers are made from FSC-certified recycled, acid-free materials which have been printed with compostable inks so they won't harm the environment. The stickers are fully compostable and recyclable at home. We use fully bio-degradable twine to hand-tie your bouquets too, so you can put the whole thing in your compost bin at home too.

Animula Stores is a celebration of craftmanship found in all corners of the United Kingdom. As such, I support and care for our small scale makers, artists and designers. Pricing will always be based on ensuring those who made the product get fair pay for their talents and hard work. By doing so, we’ll be able to play our part in keeping these crafts alive on our shores.

We all have the right to a home, dignity and respect. I am committed to reducing the risk of contributing to abuses in our supply chain by identifying human rights risks, and will take steps to address and prevent them.
